Administrative Director (Egyptian/Nepali)

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Director to join our team in Lusail. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively manage and oversee all administrative operations within the company.

This is a contract job with a competitive salary of 1300$.

Visa sponsorship is available for candidates who require it.

English language skills are not required for this position.

• Oversee daily administrative tasks and ensure they are completed efficiently and accurately
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve administrative processes
• Manage budget and expenses for administrative department
• Hire, train, and supervise administrative staff
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
• Handle employee relations issues and maintain a positive work environment
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed by upper management
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure smooth communication and coordination across the company

• Egyptian or Nepali nationality preferred
• Previous experience in an administrative director role
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience managing budgets
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
