Multilingual Staff Assistant

As a Multilingual Staff Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our team in Lusail. Your main duties will include managing schedules, organizing meetings and appointments, handling correspondence, and assisting with various tasks as needed. We are specifically seeking candidates who are fluent in English and have knowledge of either Urdu or Malayalam language. This position is open to individuals without prior experience, as we will provide on-the-job training.

However, candidates must possess a biometric passport and be able to legally work in Qatar. Accommodation will not be provided for this role.

• Manage and maintain schedules for team members
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
• Handle incoming correspondence and prioritize urgent matters
• Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members in English, Urdu or Malayalam language
• Provide excellent customer service to clients

• Fluency in English language is a must
• Proficiency in either Urdu or Malayalam language is preferred
• Must possess a biometric passport
• Legally able to work in Qatar
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
