This role functions as a strategic extension of the CFO and executive leadership team, combining market intelligence, financial analytics, project management, and cross‑functional stakeholder alignment. The position requires a consultant‑level problem‑solver who can drive strategic initiatives end‑to‑end while ensuring financial discipline, data‑driven insights, and alignment with the company’s long‑term roadmap.

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on market trends, investment opportunities, competitors, and regulatory developments.
• Develop strategic insights on macroeconomic and sector‑specific trends to inform executive decision‑making.
• Maintain and continuously update a comprehensive database of market intelligence.
• Identify and communicate emerging risks and opportunities that could impact business performance.
• Prepare high‑quality materials, reports, and insights for investment committees, board meetings, and other strategic discussions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to compile accurate and timely data for presentations and reports.
• Track key strategic decisions, monitor follow‑up actions, and ensure alignment across management and board priorities.
• Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs related to fund performance, strategic initiatives, and financial outcomes.
• Create regular performance dashboards and reports for management and shareholders.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Recommend enhancements to performance measurement frameworks and data visualization tools.
• Lead end‑to‑end strategic initiatives that span multiple functions (Product, Ops, Commercial, Finance, CX, HR).
• Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and interdependencies; create mitigation plans.
• Influence stakeholders without direct authority — ensuring alignment, velocity, and collaboration.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems, and cross‑team workflows.

• Background in Big Four consulting (PwC, Deloitte, KPMG, EY), strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or CEO/CFO office roles.
• 5–8 years’ experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Project Management, Corporate Strategy, or Consulting.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical thinking, and executive‑level communication.
• Proven ability to manage C‑level stakeholders, conflicting priorities, and high‑impact deliverables.
• Advanced Excel and hands‑on designing board‑level presentations.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, operate with urgency, and deliver structured insights under pressure.
• Arabic speaker is preferred.
