Construction Manager

Profession Construction Manager City Lusail Qatar

We are a leading construction company in Lusail Qatar seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager. As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process from planning to completion.

• Plan, coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure that all projects comply with safety regulations and quality standards
• Create and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors and other parties involved in the project
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Oversee the work of site engineers, supervisors and other team members
• Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and quality standards
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.

Location: This position is based in Lusail Qatar.

Working Hours: The working hours for this position are full-time 40 hours per week.
