We are hiring a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to oversee our masonry projects in Lusail Qatar As a Mason Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a team of masons and ensuring that all masonry work is completed according to the highest quality standards and within the given timeframe

• Supervise and manage a team of masons ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently and effectively
• Read blueprints and construction plans to determine project requirements
• Ensure that all materials are available for the project and monitor inventory levels
• Train new team members on proper techniques and safety protocols
• Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the construction process
• Communicate with contractors clients and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of masonry techniques materials tools and equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills in English knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
• Must be physically fit as the job may involve lifting heavy materials

Salary The salary for this position is 1200$ per month
