Construction Project Manager

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Lusail As a Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning and budgeting to execution and completion You will work closely with architects engineers contractors and other professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget

• Develop project plans schedules and budgets
• Oversee progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
• Communicate with architects engineers contractors and other professionals involved in the project
• Ensure all safety regulations are followed on site
• Handle any issues or delays that may arise during construction
• Monitor quality of work and address any deficiencies
• Approve contractor payments based on work completion
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of construction processes materials and equipment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with relevant software such as AutoCAD or Project Management software
