We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Lusail. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues
• Manage project resources effectively and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Prepare reports for management on project status, budget, and potential risks
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
• Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards a common goal
