Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing content that enhances the propertys brand image and promotes its services. This role involves designing marketing materials digital content and other visual assets to support the hotels marketing and promotional activities.

• Create engaging designs for brochures flyers posters banners social media graphics and other marketing materials that align with the propertys branding and marketing goals.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements target audience and objectives to produce effective design solutions.
• Create visually appealing content for the propertys website email campaigns and social media platforms.
• Capture high quality images of the propertys facilities events and amenities; edit and retouch photos to ensure they meet the standards.
• Ensure all design work adheres to the brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
• Prepare design files for print production ensuring high quality output and liaising with print vendors as needed.
• Regularly update and maintain a library of visual assets including photos icons and templates.
• Keep uptodate with design trends tools and technologies to incorporate fresh and innovative ideas into the visual content.

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field.
• Minimum of 23 years of graphic design experience preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) as well as knowledge of other design tools such as Sketch or Figma.
• Strong creative skills with the ability to develop unique and compelling visual concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and designs.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in photography and photo editing is a plus.
• Understanding of the hospitality industry and hotel marketing strategies is preferred.
