Job Description
As a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests on board the cruise ship. You will assist with check‑in and boarding processes, handle inquiries and complaints, and provide information about onboard activities and amenities. You will also be responsible for processing payments, maintaining accurate records, and handling any issues that may arise during the cruise.
