We are hiring a customer service representative to join our cruise line team in Lusail, Qatar. This position is ideal for an Indian national who is fluent in English and has a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Assist guests with inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive experience on board our ships
- Assist with check‑in and embarkation procedures
- Handle guest accounts and payments
- Provide information about on‑board activities and services
- Indian national (to be eligible)
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
