We are looking for a Revit Architect with strong experience in municipality submission drawings.
The role focuses on closing, coordinating, and submitting architectural packages efficiently and accurately, with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and finalize architectural drawings using Revit
- Coordinate and close municipality submission packages
- Apply authority comments and revisions accurately
- Ensure drawings comply with local regulations
- Ensure drawings comply with municipality standards
- Ensure drawings comply with approved design intent
- Organise and submit complete drawing sets
- Follow up on submission requirements until approval
- Coordinate internally to close comments quickly
- 4–8 years of experience as an Architect
- Strong and fast Revit user (mandatory)
- Proven experience with municipality submissions
- Authority requirements

- Able to work independently and close tasks without hand-holding
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Revit – mandatory
- AutoCAD – good knowledge
