Position Requirements
Bachelor,
1+ Years
work experience 🧑⚕️ Ideal Candidate Profile
Eligible Specialization Certifications (one of the following):
- Physicians currently practicing outside of Qatar only.
- Must hold recognized senior specialist qualifications.
- Experience from government, semi-government, or academic medical institutions.
- Held a Senior Consultant role for at least 1 year OR a Consultant role for 6+ years.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Eligible Specialization Certifications (one of the following):
- 🇸🇦 Arab Board from GCC countries
- 🇺🇸 USA – ABMS
- 🇨🇦 Canada – RCPS-C
- 🇸🇪 Sweden – Swedish Board
- 🇦🇺/🇳🇿 Australia/New Zealand – Fellowship of the Royal Colleges
- 🇩🇪 Germany – Facharzt Specialist Certificate
- 🇬🇧 UK – GMC Specialist Registration with CCT/CCST
- 🇪🇺 Other European Specialist Qualifications
- Must hold a valid license to practice in your home country.
- Must be eligible for Consultant registration in Qatar.
- Lead patient care across hematology and oncology services
- Supervise, mentor, and develop consultants and junior staff
- Design and evaluate clinical pathways, research initiatives, and service expansions
- Represent the department in strategic planning and interdepartmental coordination
- Champion quality assurance, licensing compliance, and evidence-based practice
Additional Information / Benefits
💵 Total Monthly Salary: From 56,323 QAR
Salary is non-negotiable and structured as follows:

- Market Allowance (% of Basic)
- Professional Allowance (% of Basic)
- Transport Allowance: 1,250 QAR
- Mobile/GSM Allowance: 500 QAR

- 🧒 Schooling Allowance: 21,000 QAR per child/year (max 3 children, ages 5–18)
- 🏖 Annual Leave: 50 Days
- ✈️ Business Class Flights: Employee + Spouse + 3 Children (joining, annual & repatriation)
