You will:
🩺 Licensing & Eligibility
- Must hold a valid, unrestricted medical license from home country
- Eligible for Consultant licensure in the State of Qatar
- Open to Consultant-level physicians currently practicing outside of Qatar
You will:
- Provide comprehensive care to critically ill neonates requiring advanced life support and mechanical ventilation
- Manage complex conditions: prematurity, congenital anomalies, infections, metabolic disorders
- Oversee clinical documentation, handovers, family counseling, and care planning
- Lead and mentor junior doctors and allied health staff
- Collaborate with pediatric surgery, neurology, cardiology, and genetics teams
- Engage in NICU policy development, clinical audits, and service improvement
- Participate in academic teaching and professional development initiatives
- Support perinatal care strategies alongside maternal-fetal medicine teams

💰 Compensation Package
Total Monthly Salary: 50,000–52,000 QAR (approx. USD 13,750–14,300)

- Basic Salary
- Market Allowance (% of Basic)
- Professional Allowance (% of Basic)
- 🚗 Transport Allowance: 1,250 QAR

- 🏫 Schooling Support: 21,000 QAR per child/year (up to 3 children, aged 5–18)
- ✈️ Flights: Business Class for employee, spouse & up to 3 children (annual, joining & repatriation)
- 🧳 Baggage Allowance: Provided for joining & repatriation
- ⛱️ Annual Leave: 50 working days
