Arabic Language Tutor

As a leading language institute in Lusail, Qatar, we are seeking an experienced and qualified Arabic Language Tutor to join our team. This is a contract position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including free visa and ticket for non-Qatari candidates. As an Arabic Language Tutor, you will be responsible for teaching students of various ages and backgrounds the Arabic language. You will work closely with our curriculum team to develop lesson plans and materials that are engaging and effective in helping students learn the language. Your duties will include conducting individual or group lessons, assessing students' progress, providing feedback, and creating a positive learning environment.

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in Arabic
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Arabic language or related field
- Teaching experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with students of all ages and levels

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of individual students or groups
- Create teaching materials such as worksheets, activities, and assessments
- Assess student progress through tests, quizzes, and other assignments
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their language skills
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency in curriculum implementation
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress
- Conduct parent/teacher conferences as needed
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Arabic language or related field
- Teaching experience preferred but not required
- Native or near-native proficiency in Arabic
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
