• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of individual students.
• Assess students’ language proficiency and provide feedback on their progress.

• Communicate regularly with students, parents and colleagues regarding student progress.
• Stay up-to-date with current teaching methods and techniques.
• Participate in professional development opportunities offered by the institution.

• Native or near‑native proficiency in English.
• Bachelor's degree in English Education or related field or equivalent experience.
• Teaching certification or training preferred.
• Previous experience teaching English as a second language is an asset but not required.
• Passion for teaching and working with students of all ages and backgrounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs of individual students.
