We are currently hiring an experienced and passionate English Tutor to work with non-native speakers in Lusail, Qatar. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for creating personalized lesson plans and providing individualized instruction to help students improve their English language skills. • Conducting assessments to identify student's current level of English proficiency
• Developing customized lesson plans based on student's learning goals and needs
• Providing one-on-one instruction to students at their preferred location or online
• Using various teaching techniques and materials to engage and motivate students
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting lesson plans accordingly
• Preparing students for English proficiency tests, if necessary

• Native-level proficiency in English with excellent communication skills
• Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English as a second language
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics or a related field
• Experience working with non-native speakers from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching methods based on student's needs
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple students at once
