English Teacher

A reputable international school in Lusail is seeking a qualified and experienced English Teacher to join their team This position is open to both Canadian and foreign nationals and does not require fluency in English The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching English as a second language as well as experience working with students of all ages This job offers a competitive salary of $1600 visa sponsorship and part-time hours

• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs and abilities of students
• Teach grammar vocabulary reading writing speaking and listening skills
• Assess students progress and provide feedback to parents and administration
• Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and academic success
• Collaborate with other teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects
• Attend staff meetings and professional development workshops

• Bachelors degree in Education or related field
• Teaching certification or license TEFLTESOLCELTA
• Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English as a second language
• Familiarity with ESL teaching methods and resources
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other teachers

• Masters degree in Education or TESOLTEFL certification
• Experience teaching students from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Fluency in French or Arabic is an asset
