Librarian - Lusail

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Librarian to join our team in Lusail Qatar. As a Librarian you will be responsible for managing the librarys collection of books, periodicals and other materials. You will also assist library patrons with research and provide guidance on how to effectively use library resources.

• Must be fluent in English
• Pakistani nationality preferred
• Previous experience as a librarian is required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting

• Manage the acquisition, cataloging and circulation of library materials
• Assist patrons with research inquiries and provide guidance on using library resources
• Organize and maintain the physical layout of the library
• Develop and implement programs and activities to promote reading and increase library usage
• Train and supervise junior staff members or volunteers
