Industrial Engineer - Lusail, Qatar

As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes and systems to increase efficiency and reduce costs. You will work closely with production teams, analyzing data and implementing improvements to streamline operations. This is a full-time position that requires experience in the field, and accommodations are not provided. Biometric passport is also required for this role.

• Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement in production processes
• Analyze data on production output, costs, and quality to identify areas for optimization
• Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth implementation of changes
• Monitor production systems and make adjustments as needed to maintain optimal performance
• Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the production process and develop solutions to address them
• Train employees on new processes or procedures to ensure successful implementation
• Utilize computer software programs for data analysis and process simulation
• Maintain documentation of process improvements and provide regular reports on progress to management

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis
• Knowledge of industrial engineering principles, methods, and tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in using computer software programs such as MS Excel, AutoCAD, etc.
• Must have a biometric passport
