Petroleum Engineer
A leading oil and gas company in Lusail is seeking a highly experienced Petroleum Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oil and gas production and possess excellent technical knowledge in drilling, completion, and reservoir engineering. As a Petroleum Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing data, creating production plans, and implementing strategies to optimize well performance.
This position does not include accommodation and requires candidates with their own visa.
- Conduct reservoir analysis to determine the most efficient methods for oil and gas recovery
- Design drilling plans and select appropriate equipment
- Monitor well performance through data analysis
- Identify potential production issues and propose solutions
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the petroleum industry
- Strong technical knowledge in drilling, completion, and reservoir engineering
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have valid work visa for Qatar
