Industrial Engineer

Overview

Industrial Engineer - Lusail, Qatar. We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a degree in industrial engineering or a related field and experience working in a manufacturing environment. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship and no accommodation provided. We strongly prefer applicants who are Indian nationals or who can speak fluent Hindi.

• Improve efficiency and productivity through process optimization, cost reduction initiatives, and quality improvement projects.
• Analyze processes and systems, develop solutions to optimize performance, and design or modify existing machines and equipment to meet production needs.
• Create detailed reports on process optimization results and forecast future trends.
• Implement new strategies for process improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines and communicate effectively.

• Degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision; strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Eligibility or willingness to obtain visa sponsorship (as applicable).
