• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the chemical industry.
• Proven track record of successfully optimizing chemical processes.
• Strong knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and statistical analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
• Prior experience working with women is preferred.
