Industrial Engineer - Lusail, Qatar (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing efficient processes and systems in our manufacturing facilities. Your role will involve analyzing production data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase productivity, reduce waste and optimize resources.

• Conduct time and motion studies to analyze current production processes
• Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize production efficiency
• Design and implement new processes, tools or equipment as needed
• Develop layout plans for manufacturing facilities to maximize space utilization
• Analyze data from production reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
• Train staff on new processes or equipment as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Indian nationality preferred but not required
