We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Civil Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various aspects of our civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Oversee daily construction activities and coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and quality control measures on construction sites.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
• Manage project budgets and resources, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Lead and mentor a team of construction workers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement design changes.
• Participate in project planning meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in civil engineering projects.
• Valid Qatar driving license.
• In-depth knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented approach to work with a focus on quality and safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
