A leading Construction Project in Qatar is hiring for MEP Quantity Surveyor
Qualification:- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Proven track record in cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration for large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction methodologies, and industry standards.
- 7 to 10 years of Qatar experience must
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for MEP works.
- Monitor project budgets and provide regular financial reports.
- Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate contracts.
- Conduct site visits to verify progress and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Manage variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize project costs.
- Candidate's should be present in Qatar with valid QID
- Available to join immediately
