An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our growing company in Lusail, Qatar. We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in the field of industrial engineering. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate their ability to improve production processes, reduce costs, and increase overall efficiency.

• Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency
• Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes
• Conduct time studies and create work methods to improve productivity
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost reduction initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Prepare reports on production performance and present findings to management

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering or related field
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound recommendations
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
