We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Surveyor to join our team in Lusail. As a Contract Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and buildings, both above and below ground. You will use a variety of tools such as GPS systems, laser scanners, and traditional surveying equipment to accurately collect data and produce detailed reports.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of land surveying principles and techniques, as well as experience working with contracts and legal documents. You should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with other professionals such as engineers, architects, and contractors.

As a Contract Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your responsibilities will include conducting site visits to gather data, preparing accurate maps and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software, analyzing data to identify potential issues or discrepancies, and presenting your findings to project stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Surveyor
• Strong knowledge of surveying equipment and techniques
• Experience working with contracts and legal documents
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in using CAD software
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a contract position suitable for Indians or Malayalees currently residing in Lusail.
