Industrial Engineer - Lusail, Qatar (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are currently hiring a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes, increasing efficiency, and reducing costs within our manufacturing facility. Your expertise in analyzing data and implementing improvements will help us achieve our production goals.

• Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Utilize statistical methods to analyze data and identify trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
• Monitor production metrics and report on progress towards goals
• Identify potential risks or issues and develop contingency plans
• Train and mentor team members on new processes or equipment usage

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in process optimization and cost reduction
• Proficient in statistical analysis tools such as Minitab or SAS
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Indian nationality preferred
