Chemical Engineer – Process Improvement Specialist

As a Chemical Engineer – Process Improvement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and enhancing the production processes for our company in Lusail, Qatar. Your expertise in chemical engineering principles and your strong analytical skills will be utilized to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall quality.

Your main responsibilities will include conducting detailed analysis of our current production processes, identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and proposing solutions for improvement. You will use your knowledge of chemical reactions and materials to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production and ensure that all processes are running smoothly. Additionally, you will work closely with the production team to implement new processes or modifications to existing ones.

As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for researching and recommending new equipment or technologies that can improve our production processes. This may involve working closely with suppliers or vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of necessary materials.

As we continuously strive for excellence in our industry, you will also be responsible for staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in chemical engineering. This includes attending conferences, workshops, and training sessions to expand your knowledge and skills.

To excel in this role, you must possess a degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field. Previous experience in process improvement within the chemical industry is highly preferred. You must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Strong communication skills are also necessary as you will be working with various teams within the company as well as external partners.

This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday to Friday. We offer competitive salaries along with benefits such as health insurance and paid time off. Applicants must have their own valid visa to work in Qatar.
