Industrial Engineer - Contract Position for African Nationals in Lusail, Qatar

We are seeking experienced Industrial Engineers from African countries to join our team on a contract basis in Lusail, Qatar. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing efficient systems and processes in our manufacturing facilities.

• Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Design and implement new systems and processes, ensuring they meet quality standards and safety regulations
• Develop production schedules and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery of products
• Utilize biometric passport technology to track employee attendance and identify areas for productivity improvement
• Work closely with other departments such as procurement, quality control, and logistics to streamline operations
• Provide training to staff on new processes and technologies
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer
• Strong knowledge of production processes, lean principles, and process optimization techniques
• Proficiency in using biometric passport technology is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Fluency in English is not required but considered an asset
