Industrial Engineer - Lusail, Qatar

We are hiring an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes and systems to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production flow and reduce waste
• Design efficient work methods and layouts
• Conduct time studies and establish production standards
• Monitor production performance and make necessary adjustments to meet targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction through process optimization
• Develop and maintain production reports and documentation
• Train employees on new processes and procedures?

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and provide effective solutions
• Proficiency in using industrial engineering software (e.g. AutoCAD, Minitab)
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this full-time position.
