Chemical Engineer - Process Design Specialist (Lusail, Qatar)

We are seeking a skilled Chemical Engineer with experience in process design to join our dynamic team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Process Design Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing processes for the production of chemicals and other related products. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

• Design and develop processes for the production of chemicals and other related products
• Conduct research to identify new methods and technologies for process improvement
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality control
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Analyze data and make recommendations for process optimization
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance
• Train and mentor junior engineers on process design techniques

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in process design within the chemical industry
• Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles and processes
• Proficient in using process simulation software such as Aspen Plus or HYSYS
• Experience in project management, including budgeting and scheduling
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

This job is located in Lusail, Qatar.
