Chemical Engineer - Process Optimization Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chemical Engineer with expertise in process optimization to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Process Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing improvements to our chemical manufacturing processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.

• Conduct thorough analysis of current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop solutions to optimize process efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality control, and research & development to implement changes
• Utilize data analytics tools to monitor process performance and identify opportunities for further optimization
• Train and educate team members on new processes and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in process optimization techniques

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in process optimization within the chemical industry
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
• Knowledge of process control systems and data analytics tools
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English is preferred but not required

We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this part-time position. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without prior experience as we provide on-the-job training.
