CESCO is looking for a Technical Manager - (ELV & Fire Alarm Systems) to join our team in Qatar.
We are seeking an experienced technical professional with strong expertise in ELV, Fire Alarm, and Life Safety Systems engineering to lead technical activities across complex construction and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for engineering leadership, design reviews, technical approvals, system integration, testing and commissioning support, authority compliance, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead engineering and design reviews, technical submittals, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical approvals.
- Manage technical coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.

- Structured Cabling & Network Infrastructure
- Data Centers & ICT Systems
- PA/BGM Systems
- Nurse Call Systems
- Central Battery Systems
- Parking Management Systems
- GRMS Systems
- Lead Fire Alarm & Life Safety Systems engineering reviews, cause and effect matrix preparation, calculations, layouts, and authority approvals.
- Support Testing & Commissioning activities including FAT, SAT, demonstrations, handover, and technical issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, local authority requirements, and international standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related discipline.
- 8-12 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years specializing in ELV and Fire Alarm Systems engineering.
- Experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, healthcare, hospitality, airport, governmental, military, mixed-use, and data center projects.
- GCC experience is preferred.
