We are hiring a highly skilled and innovative Chemical Engineer to join our team in Lusail Qatar As a Process Development and Optimization Engineer you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing efficient processes for chemical production Your role will include conducting research analyzing data and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise during production and providing technical support to other departments The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering strong analytical skills and experience in process development and optimization This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in one of the fastest-growing cities in the world
Key Responsibilities- Designing and optimizing chemical processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Conducting research to identify new methods or technologies for process improvement
- Analyzing data from production processes to identify areas for improvement
- Troubleshooting any issues that may arise during production
- Providing technical support to other departments such as manufacturing or quality control
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new products or processes
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process development and optimization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets
- Experience with process simulation software such as Aspen Plus or HYSYS
- Knowledge of chemical production processes and equipment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
