Position Requirements
Bachelor,
1+ Years
work experience 👨🎓 Bachelor’s in healthcare field (or non-healthcare degree with Master’s in healthcare)
⏳ With Bachelor’s: 8 years in healthcare admin (3 years in cancer care program management)
⏳ With Master’s: 10 years in healthcare admin (5 years in cancer care program management)
🌐 International candidate currently outside Qatar
🏥 Prior roles may include: Oncology Program Manager, Cancer Services Director, or similar
⚖️ Key Responsibilities
⏳ With Bachelor’s: 8 years in healthcare admin (3 years in cancer care program management)
⏳ With Master’s: 10 years in healthcare admin (5 years in cancer care program management)
🌐 International candidate currently outside Qatar
🏥 Prior roles may include: Oncology Program Manager, Cancer Services Director, or similar
⚖️ Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage cancer care programs in line with national health strategy
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary clinical teams
- Oversee regulatory and accreditation compliance
- Drive quality improvement and patient safety outcomes
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for strategic planning
Required Language Skills:
- English - Very good

- 💰 Monthly Tax-Free Salary: 26,100 QAR
- Basic: 24,950 QAR
