Speech Therapist - Lusail, Qatar We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with individuals of all ages who have communication and swallowing disorders, helping them to improve their speech and language skills. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with experience in speech therapy, or for a fresh graduate looking to gain valuable experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for clients based on their individual needs.
• Provide therapy sessions using various techniques and strategies to improve speech and language skills.
• Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and psychologists, to provide comprehensive care for clients.
• Educate clients and their families on techniques for improving communication and swallowing abilities.
• Keep detailed records of client progress and treatment plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy or related field.
• Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not required).
• Experience working as a Speech Therapist is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical skills for conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.
