We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience hiring business and corporate professionals across functions such as Finance, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Strategy, and Corporate Services. In this role, you will act as a trusted hiring partner to business leaders, owning the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a high-quality, efficient, and candidate-centric hiring process aligned with business objectives.
WhatYou’ll Get Your Hands On
- Business Partnering:
Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and success profiles - Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring strategies
- Challenge and refine job requirements to ensure realistic, inclusive, and effective hiring decisions
- End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for business roles, from intake meetings to offer negotiation and onboarding handover - Develop tailored sourcing strategies for each role, balancing speed, quality, and cost
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates using competency-based and business-focused evaluation methods
- Sourcing & Talent Attraction:
Proactively source candidates using Linked In, job boards, referrals, and direct search techniques - Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and critical business roles
- Craft compelling job descriptions and employer branding content aligned with the company’s value proposition
- Candidate & Hiring Manager
Experience:
Deliver a professional, transparent, and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process - Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and feedback
- Guide hiring managers through structured interviews, decision-making, and offer processes
- Data, Process & Compliance:
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, pipeline health, candidate conversion) - Ensure recruitment processes comply with internal policies and local labor regulations
- Continuously improve recruitment practices, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related areas
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with a strong focus on business/corporate roles
- Proven experience hiring across functions such as Finance, Marketing, Sales, Operations or Corporate Services
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise at different seniority levels
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, assessment techniques, and market dynamics
- Experience using ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., Linked In Recruiter, job boards)
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand commercial priorities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Structured, data-driven approach to recruitment
- Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Fluent English
- Experience in an in-house corporate environment or professional services firm
- Exposure to employer branding or recruitment marketing initiatives
- International hiring or multi-market recruitment experience
