Business Intelligence Sr. Manager - Commercial Insights

Overview

We re seeking a Business Intelligence Sr. Manager to lead our data strategy and analytics function. This senior role will build and lead a team responsible for analytics, predictive modeling, FP&A, strategic planning, reporting, and insight generation for our commercial teams. You ll transform data into actionable intelligence that drives our marketplace growth.

• Strategic Leadership:
  Develop and execute BI strategy aligned with Snoonu s growth objectives;
  Partner with executives to drive data-driven decision making;
  Define and track enterprise KPIs and strategic metrics.
• Team & Analytics Management:
  Be hands on and lead from the front - you will be on the tools in this role showing your team how it is done;
  Build and lead team of analysts, data scientists, and BI engineers;
  Oversee predictive modeling for demand forecasting, pricing, and customer behavior;
  Establish experimentation frameworks and A/B testing capabilities.
• FP&A & Strategic Planning:
  Lead financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting processes;
  Support strategic planning with market insights and competitive intelligence;
  Drive unit economics optimization across business lines.
• Commercial Intelligence:
  Create dashboards and reporting for sales, marketing, and partnerships;
  Develop customer segmentation and lifetime value models;
  Enable revenue optimization through pricing analytics;
  Build self-service analytics capabilities.
• Data Infrastructure:
  Partner with Engineering on data architecture and warehouse solutions;
  Implement BI tools and ensure data governance;
  Drive data democratization with appropriate controls.

• Experience
• Bachelor s in quantitative field; MBA/MS preferred
• 8+ years in analytics/BI, 3+ years leadership experience
• Marketplace or e-commerce experience is strongly preferred, food-tech experience is a big bonus.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Expert SQL and data warehouse technologies (Big Query is a must);
  Proficiency in Python/R and BI tools (Tableau, Looker);
  Experience with ML, experimentation, and modern data stack
• Business
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong financial modeling and FP&A capabilities;
  Understanding of marketplace dynamics and unit economics;
  Proven track record of driving business impact through data
• Leadership:
  Experience building and developing high-performing teams;
  Excellent stakeholder communication and influence skills;
  Change management experience in data transformation

Role is Doha, in-person based. Applicants outside of Doha will need to relocate with relocation support from Snoonu.
