As CRM & Growth Architect Lead, you will own the strategic and technical evolution of our CRM Martech stack, driving platform scalability, advanced personalization, and data governance across all lifecycle initiatives. You will act as the subject matter expert in Braze, managing integrations, overseeing campaign architecture, and serving as the internal bridge between CRM, Product, BI, and Engineering teams. Your work will directly impact how we engage users across verticals, optimize lifecycle KPIs, and scale automation through connected systems and data-driven logic.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about building robust CRM systems, mentoring technical CRM specialists, and leveraging the full potential of tools like Braze, Big Query, and Liquid Logic to deliver personalized experiences at scale.

What You’ll Get Your Hands On Martech Ownership & Architecture
  • Own the CRM Martech stack to ensure platform scalability, data compliance, and advanced feature adoption across all verticals.
  • Serve as the internal Braze expert, overseeing strategic configuration, data mapping, SDK usage, and API integrations.
  • Lead the governance and evolution of custom attributes, events, and tags to ensure long-term usability and consistency across teams.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and BI to maintain real-time pipelines, validate Looker blocks, and enhance downstream usability.
  • Manage all dynamic connections via Connected Content and external data sources for real‑time personalization.
  • Act as primary point of contact with Braze Customer Support for all technical escalations and ticket resolutions.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable lifecycle frameworks across onboarding, reactivation, retention, and loyalty journeys.
  • Develop reusable templates (email, in‑app messages, content cards) in HTML, CSS, and Liquid to accelerate campaign velocity and maintain quality.
  • Lead the discovery, testing, and deployment of advanced Braze modules such as Content Cards, AI Catalog, Personalization Paths, Intelligent Timing, etc.
  • Champion data‑driven targeting through predictive segmentation, dynamic audience logic, and personalized content using Liquid and behavioral triggers.
Data Governance & Performance
  • Monitor and maintain the integrity of CRM data points, including custom events, attributes, tags, and conversion tracking.
  • Define and implement forecast models to evaluate channel contribution and measure incremental impact of CRM initiatives.
  • Support compliance efforts around opt‑in flows, consent management, and data privacy policies across all channels (Push, Email, Whats App, SMS, In‑App).
  • Act as the architectural backbone of the Growth function, enabling CRM, Lifecycle, and Analytics teams to execute efficiently at scale.
  • Provide second‑line support for complex CRM flows, dynamic content debugging, and deliverability troubleshooting.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to prioritize CRM tech debt and plan scalable solutions.
  • Mentor junior CRM and Automation Specialists, lead onboarding for new Martech tools, and maintain internal documentation.
  • Contribute to cross‑functional efforts to improve channel health, customer experience, and marketing velocity.
The Magic You Bring
  • 4+ years of experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, and at least 2+ years of experience in Mar Tech roles.
  • Deep hands‑on expertise in Braze, including Canvases, Content Cards, Currents, SDKs, Connected Content, and advanced segmentation.
  • Fluency in HTML, CSS, Liquid, and usage of dynamic content across campaigns.
  • Strong command of data architecture, including custom attributes, events, APIs, and real‑time sync practices.
  • Experience working with warehouse‑driven CRM systems such as Big Query, Snowflake, and BI tools like Looker.
  • Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, ETLs, and SDK event mapping.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, and BI.
  • Experience with personalization and recommendation systems.
  • Background in marketing data architecture and streaming data systems.
  • Experience with Braze Currents, Connected Content, Content Cards, or advanced segmentation strategies.
