Business Performance Analyst Specialist will drive real-time business performance monitoring and enable data-driven decision-making by identifying gaps, diagnosing issues, and supporting corrective actions across Snoonu's verticals.

What You'll Get Your Hands On

Define and track key business KPIs and targets
Monitor performance across verticals and markets
Identify drivers of performance deviations
Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover issues

Business Steering Support

Partner with teams to implement corrective actions
Support core strategy team with reviews with actionable insights

Execution Tracking

Track implementation of initiatives and measure outcomes

Qualifications

5-8 years in analytics, SQL, business operations, or performance roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in marketplace, logistics, or Super App environments and understanding of commercial business
