The Business Performance Analyst Specialist will drive real-time business performance monitoring and enable data-driven decision making by identifying gaps, diagnosing issues, and supporting corrective actions across Snoonu's verticals.

• Define and track key business KPIs and targets.
• Monitor performance across verticals and markets.
• Identify drivers of performance deviations.
• Conduct deep dive analysis to uncover issues.
• Partner with teams to implement corrective actions.
• Support core strategy team with reviews and actionable insights.
• Support budgeting process.
• Track implementation of initiatives and measure outcomes.

• 5-8 years in analytics, SQL, business operations, or performance roles.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience in marketplace, logistics, or Super App environments and understanding of commercial business.
