Location: Lusail

The Business Performance Analyst will build and maintain the data infrastructure that enables performance visibility, decision making, and business steering across Snoonu.

Data & Reporting

Build and maintain dashboards for real time performance visibility.
Track implementation of initiatives and measure outcomes.
Ensure single source of truth across all reporting.

Data Modeling & Analysis

Cohort analysis
Revenue tracking
Support advanced analytics for business decisions.
Automate reporting processes.
Improve speed and accuracy of data delivery.

Data Governance

Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability.
Maintain KPI definitions across teams in the dashboards.

Qualifications

4-5 years in data analytics, BI, or reporting.
Strong SQL, Excel, and dashboarding skills.
Experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar tools.
Strong attention to detail and data integrity mindset.
