The Business Performance Analyst will build and maintain the data infrastructure that enables performance visibility, decision‑making, and business steering across Snoonu.
What You’ll Get Your Hands On Data & Reporting- Build and maintain dashboards for real‑time performance visibility.
- Monitor performance across departments.
- Track implementation of initiatives and measure outcomes.
- Ensure single source of truth across all reporting.
- Develop models for:
- Funnel performance
- Cohort analysis
- Revenue tracking
- Support advanced analytics for business decisions.
- Automate reporting processes.
- Improve speed and accuracy of data delivery.
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability.
- Maintain KPI definitions across teams in the dashboards.
- 4–5 years in data analytics, BI, or reporting.
- Strong SQL, Excel, and dashboarding skills.
- Experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail and data integrity mindset.
