Location: Lusail
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain User Acquisition dashboards tracking key metrics - CPI, CPA, ROAS, installs, conversion rates - across all markets.
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to UA cluster leads and the Director of Performance Marketing.
- Monitor campaign-level data in Apps Flyer, flag anomalies, attribution issues, or significant performance shifts in real time.
- Analyze full UA funnel performance from impression to activation, identifying drop off points and optimization opportunities.
- Conduct cohort analysis in Amplitude to evaluate user quality, retention, and LTV by channel, campaign, and market.
- Provide cluster leads with audience level insights to inform targeting strategy and creative briefs.
- Manage Apps Flyer configuration with the Mar Tech function to ensure accurate attribution, event tracking, and fraud protection across markets.
- Maintain and audit UTM structures, tracking links, and campaign taxonomy for consistency across clusters.
- Support rollout of unified measurement frameworks to regional markets.
- Produce cross country performance benchmarks to identify best performing channels, creatives, and audiences by market.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or a related data role.
- Hands on experience with Apps Flyer, including dashboard management, cohort reports, attribution configuration, and fraud monitoring.
- Hands on experience with Amplitude, including event analysis, funnel reports, retention charts, and user segmentation.
- Experience supporting multi market or multi channel UA campaigns is strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Apps Flyer: attribution windows, re engagement tracking, custom dashboards, and data locker exports.
- Advanced proficiency in Amplitude: event taxonomy, funnel analysis, cohort builder, and chart creation.
- Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data modelling and reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying campaign and event data is a strong advantage.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into clear actionable recommendations.
- High attention to detail - particularly around data accuracy, tracking integrity, and report consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple reporting requests simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Clear communication skills in English; ability to present findings to non technical stakeholders.
