The Business Performance Analyst Specialist will drive real-time business performance monitoring and enable data-driven decision-making by identifying gaps, diagnosing issues, and supporting corrective actions across Snoonu’s verticals.
Responsibilities- Define and track key business KPIs and targets.
- Monitor performance across verticals and markets.
- Identify drivers of performance deviations.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover issues.
- Partner with teams to implement corrective actions.
- Support core strategy team with reviews and actionable insights.
- Support budgeting process.
- Track implementation of initiatives and measure outcomes.
- 5–8 years in analytics, SQL, business operations, or performance roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in marketplace, logistics, or Super App environments and understanding of commercial business.
