Digital Transformation Lead

As a Digital Transformation Lead at Snoonu, you will assess, plan, and execute digital transformation initiatives that align with business goals.

• Assess current technology infrastructure and business processes to pinpoint opportunities for digital enhancement.
• Conduct detailed requirements analysis and gap analysis to map out essential digital advancements.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of strategic roadmaps for digital transformation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Manage the introduction of new technologies, overseeing their integration into company operations to enhance functionality and business flow.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the digital project lifecycle, ensuring strategic objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure digital strategies are robustly integrated and support overarching business objectives.
• Consider and integrate technical, cultural, organizational, and financial aspects of digital transformation to promote an adaptive business environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
• 3–4 years in digital transformation within IT or related fields.
• A Master’s degree in Business, Management, or Technology Management is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical capabilities in financial analysis and feasibility studies are desirable but not essential.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills are crucial.
• Familiar with agile framework.
• Experience with financial analysis and developing feasibility study models is preferred.
• Innovative problem-solving skills with a proven ability to oversee complex digital projects.
