Project Manager – WMS & Supply Chain

To lead the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and supply chain operations, ensuring seamless integration between technology, logistics, and business objectives.

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics for WMS and supply chain projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with IT, operations, procurement, logistics, and external vendors to ensure alignment.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and elevate issues proactively.
• Lead the design, testing, and deployment of new WMS features/modules.
• Translate business and warehouse needs into system requirements.
• Ensure proper integration of WMS with ERP, transportation, e-commerce, and last‑mile delivery systems.
• Drive system optimization for inventory accuracy, picking efficiency, and real‑time visibility.
• Serve as the main point of contact between tech teams, warehouse operations, and business leadership.
• Align cross‑functional teams (IT, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Customer Service).
• Manage vendor relationships (software providers, 3PLs, automation vendors).
• Report project status, risks, and ROI to leadership and stakeholders.

• Strong project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus).
• Deep knowledge of WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Oracle, SAP EWM, Infor, or custom systems).
• Experience in supply chain operations (inbound, warehousing, outbound, last‑mile delivery).
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
