Business Performance Analyst

This role builds and maintains the data infrastructure that enables performance visibility, decision-making, and business steering across the organization.

• Build and maintain dashboards for real-time performance visibility.
• Monitor performance across departments.
• Track implementation of initiatives and measure outcomes.
• Ensure single source of truth across all reporting.

• Develop models for:
  • Funnel performance
  • Cohort analysis
  • Revenue tracking
• Support advanced analytics for business decisions.

• Automate reporting processes.
• Improve speed and accuracy of data delivery.

• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability.
• Maintain KPI definitions across teams in the dashboards.

• 4-5 years in data analytics, BI, or reporting.
• Strong SQL, Excel, and dashboarding skills.
• Experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity mindset.
