Computer Engineer - IT Support (Contract)

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Computer Engineer to join our IT support team in Lusail, Qatar. This is a contract position with a duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems and software. This role will involve working closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our company's computer systems and networks.

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
• Monitor system performance and ensure security measures are in place.
• Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for complex issues.
• Document all technical procedures and processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Experience working with Linux operating systems.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA).
